With nearly three decades of experience, I’ve seen firsthand the toll that burnout, compassion fatigue, and inequitable systems can take on helping professionals. My mission is to equip organizations with the tools and strategies they need to create healthier, more supportive environments where both individuals and missions thrive.
My journey began with a love for education and psychology, earning a Master’s in Educational Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited institution. Over the years, I’ve blended this expertise with certifications in business and life coaching to create unique, actionable solutions for organizational challenges.
One of my proudest achievements is developing the STRENGTH Framework and ELEVATE Consulting Method—innovative, trauma-informed, equity-centered and resilience-focused approaches that address challenges like workplace stress and burnout, racial toxicity, and disengagement. Through my workshops, consulting programs, and certification training, I’ve had the privilege of guiding countless organizations and helping professionals toward lasting transformation.
